Froggle Jump

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Froggle Jump game and browser extension (“the Game”) and the star shop at this website (“the Site”). By playing the Game or buying stars, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Froggle Jump is operated by Matlab Maharramli. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

1. The Game

Froggle Jump is a free browser game. You may play it, and earn stars through play, without paying anything. Buying stars is entirely optional and only speeds up access to cosmetic items.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google lets your stars and unlocks follow you between devices, and is required in order to buy stars, because purchases must be attached to an account.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share access to it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.

Playing without signing in stores your progress only in your browser. It can be lost by clearing site data, and we cannot recover or transfer it.

3. Stars

Stars are a virtual in-game currency used to unlock cosmetic items — skins, weapons, themes — and to revive during a run. Stars:

Buying stars grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game. It does not give you ownership of any part of the Game.

4. Purchases and payment

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for your transaction. Paddle's own Buyer Terms also apply to the payment itself, and Paddle will appear on your statement.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Paddle may add local sales tax or VAT at checkout depending on your location; the total shown before you confirm is what you pay. Star packs are one-off purchases, never subscriptions — you will not be billed on a recurring basis.

Stars are credited to the account that started the checkout, normally within seconds of payment. If they have not arrived within an hour, contact us before paying again.

5. Refunds

All star purchases are final. Because stars are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit for change of mind. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the limited circumstances in which we will still put things right — for example if you were charged but the stars never arrived.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts, and reverse balances, where we reasonably believe this clause has been broken. Purchased stars on a suspended account are not refunded.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Game, including cosmetic items and their prices. We will not remove items you have already unlocked without offering a comparable replacement.

If we permanently discontinue the star shop, we will stop selling stars and give reasonable notice. Unspent purchased stars will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Game is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) USD 100.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, give notice in the Game or by email. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
