Please include the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle order reference — it is on the receipt Paddle emails you. That lets us find the transaction straight away.

Stars haven't arrived?

Stars normally land within a few seconds of payment. If it has been more than an hour, email us before buying again — please do not pay a second time. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
